Teeth placed same day

Four implants. One fixed arch. No denture adhesive.

Traditional dentures sit on the gums and rely on suction or adhesive. Full-arch implants anchor a complete set of teeth directly to your jawbone using four titanium posts. Two are placed vertically in the front of the jaw; two are angled in the back to maximize bone contact without needing grafting in most cases.

The result is a fixed prosthesis that never comes out. You brush it, floss it, and eat whatever you want. Patients who have lived with loose dentures or failing teeth often describe it as life-changing.

Full-Arch vs. Traditional Dentures

  • Fixed in place, never removed by the patient
  • No adhesive, no palate coverage, no slipping
  • Preserves jawbone by stimulating bone through the implants
  • Restores up to 90% of natural bite force
  • Temporary teeth placed the same day as surgery in most cases

From consultation to your new smile.

01

3D Planning

Cone-beam CT scan maps bone volume and density. A surgical guide is created to position each implant with sub-millimeter precision.

02

Implant Surgery

Four titanium implants are placed under IV sedation or local anesthesia. Any remaining teeth are extracted at the same appointment.

03

Same-Day Teeth

A temporary fixed prosthesis is attached to the implants the same day. You leave the office with a full set of teeth.

04

Final Prosthesis

After 3 to 6 months of healing, your permanent zirconia or porcelain prosthesis is fabricated and attached. Custom-designed for your face and bite.

What patients ask about full-arch implants.

Am I a candidate if I have bone loss?

The angled placement of the posterior implants is specifically designed to work with less bone. Many patients with moderate bone loss qualify without needing bone grafting. A CT scan during your consultation confirms whether you are a candidate.

How long do full-arch implants last?

The titanium implants can last a lifetime with proper care. The prosthesis on top typically lasts 15 to 20 years before needing replacement due to normal wear. Regular dental checkups and good hygiene are essential.

What can I eat with full-arch implants?

Once your final prosthesis is placed, you can eat virtually anything: steak, apples, corn on the cob, nuts. Full-arch implants restore up to 90% of your natural bite force, compared to 20-25% for traditional dentures.
